I am enough

‘Am I good enough?’. This is a meaningless question really, when you think about it. It is with the mind that we can wonder about our worth.

But, we only need to see a newborn to be reminded just how exquisite life is. When we see a baby - of any species - we don’t wonder if they are good enough. We don’t stand off at a distance, waiting to see if they will do something to be worthy of our love.

‘Enough’, doesn’t exist in our heart. Enoughness has nothing to do with it.

We are and so we are exquisite. This is the KNOWING that is deep inside. If we will still our mind and go deeper within, that is the truth you will find there.

YOU ARE - I AM, and so today I celebrate.
