Low carb vegetable fritters

Who would have thought that cabbage can taste this delicious... well they do!

INGREDIENTS

1 Big brown onion, sliced thinly
1 Big carrrot, coarsely grated
Double amount of cabbage, sliced thinly
3 Blub garlic, grated
1 Green spring onion, sliced thinly
1 Long red chilli (optional), sliced thinly
3 Eggs
3 Tbs Lupin flour
1 Tbs Self-raising flour (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

SECRET INGREDIENTS

TLC and be with the food

METHODS

1. Mix all ingredients to the consistency of thick batter.
2. Heat oil for shallow fry.
3. Spoon veggies batter to cook, leave one side for a few minutes then turn over.
4. Serve.
