Life… you can’t get it wrong, unless you’re trying to get it right.

When we ‘TRY’, we create tension for ourselves. ‘Try’ is an experience in the brain where we expect it to be hard and doubt that we will get the results we want. Test it out. Stand up, walk to the other side of the room and notice how easy it is. Now ask yourself to ‘TRY’ and stand and ‘TRY’ to walk etc. You see the difference.

When we try to ‘get it right’, we’re focusing on the result, which will have many outside influences that we can’t control. It’s like saying, ‘I want to create good weather’. We can’t. We can say, ‘I want to have good preparation to respond to the weather’.
See the difference?
